Over the next few months, my team will be sending you updates of preparation so
its IMPORTANT and MANDATORY that you read every last letter so you don’t miss

as in the past we have had to deal with a handful of participants who just
didn’t bother going through the details and even forgot to get a Visa even
though we told them many times – don’t be that one OK 😉

Prepare LOGISTICS! – Don’t cringe or turn away – just read and collect all that
you need and get cracking. It’s a MUST

Our Adventure begins Feb. 6, 2012. Plan to arrive in Delhi by 4:00pm on
Webnesday, Feb 6, 2013

Get get this straight with your flights. If you are late, you are on your own
to catch up with us where ever we are, so be awake and diligent to details when
booking your flights!

Book your return flight for or after 10:00pm Feb. 20, 2013. (or very early
morning Feb. 21, 2013 – flights leave around 1:00am) Very IMPORTANT to note the
date and time of your flight, as if it is after midnight, it will be the next day.
* Very Important – Passport
Information*
Send your Name as it appears in your
Passport, Passport #, Country of Issue, Date of Issue, Date of Expiry and Birth
Date to carollyne@IgnitePassionNow.com Send this by July 23, 2012 as we need this
for booking internal travel.
Please note that your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after
you enter India. If it is due to expire
before that time, you must renew it before traveling. (Do this well in advance – at least 3 months, as you must also
allow time to get a travel Visa). If you don’t check out your passport, they
will not let you in to India and you are out of luck and there will be no
refunds of any kind so be sharp, others haven’t been 😉

You must also have an Indian Travel Visa. For the Application Form, Visa
Fee and other information, go online and find the Indian Embassy/Consulate
closest to you.

Start this process right away as the Indian Embassy takes their time and if you
wait too close to the departure dates, you will get super stressed and you’ll
kick yourself in the butt for waiting so long.
* Once you have booked your flights,
send flight info including Airline, Flight # and Arrival Time in Delhi to carollyne@IgnitePassionNow.com
* You must have valid Medical Insurance
for this trip. Send copies of proof to
carollyne@ignitepassionnow.com
* Obtain valid travel insurance to cover all scenarios. Keep a separate copy of your policy as a
safeguard and send us your proof again to carollyne@IgnitePassionNow.com
